General

All prices are quoted in EURO.

All tours must be prepaid.

For group tours we require at least 5 participants. In case we do not have sufficient bookings we will inform you 24 hours before the start of the live event and allow you to rebook to another group tour of your choice.

Prices include VAT, VAT=20%.

All Vienna sightseeing tours are conducted by a government licensed tourist guides.

Zoom call

For the live virtual call we use Zoom in a private call. You are allowed to invite up to 9 other devices to the Zoom conference.

Cancellation policy

In case you need to cancel this is possible 15 hours in advance of the beginning of the tour. You will then receive a full refund (100%). Should you need to cancel less than 15 hours in advance then we will charge you 50%.

In case we for any reason we need to cancel the tour tour we will inform you immediately and apply a full refund.

Transmission quality

As we are on a walking tour in real time, there are areas on the site where connectivity may be impaired, which can affect the transmission quality.

Transmission quality is subject to Internet connectivity.

Recording forbidden

Recording of the Zoom Meeting is not allowed.
